"Emily and Tony were absolutely the piece of magic that made our wedding fire on all cylinders. I was indecisive about whether I should invest in a coordinator for the big day and was nervous because we were already 1 month away. I had seen Emily work another wedding of one of my best friends and with that wedding being so large compared to mine and seeing how she was keeping things running smoothly, I asked for her information and luckily it worked out and I booked her!
After our first phone call, i felt immediate relief. I had spent so many months trying to figure out every detail and determining how to execute on the wedding day was keeping me awake at night. Emily reassured that she would work on everything from there on out and I could finally sleep! She organized all of my details, called all of my vendors, coordinated with the venue and even helped create helpful resources for our wedding party, parents, and guests. I finally started to feel more excited for my wedding as opposed to stressed out about having to host a party.
On the rehearsal day, Emily and Tony helped us get everyone organized, and were open to any comments, suggestions and adjustments. Emily took charge and I didn’t have to feel like a people wrangler.
On the wedding day, Emily was a constant source of calm for me and helped me stay sane during a whirlwind of hair and makeup. She brought us coffee, had a Mary Poppins like emergency kit, and I wouldn’t have been able to get through the morning without her there looking out for me. She carved out time for Matt and I to have some peace and quiet before we got married and I am so grateful.
Before we knew it, we were married and we got to dance the night away. Emily and Tony had already taken and stored our decorations in our room so when it was time to leave, all we had to do was say goodbye. That’s it!
There are so many things in between the first call and the final hug that I wish I could list down to say how great Emily is, but I can’t write a novel. I highly recommend evntsbyem and cannot stress it enough, you will be so so grateful if you did.

I can’t say enough great things about Emily! She and her team did it all on our wedding day and allowed us to not worry about a thing. She’s very detail oriented and did an amazing job coordinating with all our of vendors prior to our big day so they were all in sync every step of the way. On our wedding day, she took care of us by bringing us food, water, drinks and checked on us throughout the night.

Emily and her entire team were absolutely amazing. Not one detail was missed the entire night. Everyone commented on how smooth the entire night was. I thought our wedding would be stressful, cause ya know, weddings… not with Emily and her team. They made the entire night complete stress free for me and my wife. "Emily and her team were amazing to work with. My wife is the "we'll do it ourselves" type and didn't think we needed a planner or a coordinator for our wedding. For the most part of the wedding planning process, we did do it ourselves, however I insisted she reach out to Emily just to have a conversation for the day of coordinator at the very least. Thank god she gave her a call because Emily was able to provide a reality check for my wife to understand that she will be way too busy during the day of the wedding to make sure things go according to plan and run on schedule. If we had to do it all over again, we would most likely reach out to Emily from the beginning to help alleviate a lot of the wedding planning stress. Emily and her team were amazing and I would recommend her to my friends and family. She was very easy to work with, very understanding of the situation and the moment we decided to work with her she worked diligently and efficiently and we were amazed. Emily and her team made it very comfortable for the bridal party to work with and was flexible to adapt to any last minute changes that were required. Highly highly recommend. Nothing was skipped from our wedding, nothing was late even though things were delayed on the venue's end Emily made sure everything still ran on time and didn't miss a single thing. Emily is recommended and absolutely needed for any and all weddings because at the end of the day she gets things done."
